Nigel Hunton – Founder

Nigel Hunton is a very successful CEO who most recently completed a restructuring and commercialisation programme in MBA Polymers.

MBA Polymers, the world leading Cleantech recycler of high value plastics. MBA Polymers is a very strong brand with a market leading position, built off the back of patented technology and a history of innovation.
Prior to joining MBA Polymers he was CEO and Chairman of a $1bn revenue Private Equity (formerly plc) backed international business. He has delivered consistent profit, sales and margin growth and doubled EBITDA to 25% between 2006-2010.

In recognition of his achievements in 2010, he received the Commendation of Ministry of Knowledge Economy, South Korea and was a finalist in the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year.

He is recognised as a superb team leader and is particularly strong at building excellent customer relationships; setting and driving a clear vision; motivating teams; coaching; restructuring businesses and developing talent.

Throughout his career he has been respected as a successful international leader having operated in many different roles and environments across Europe, USA, and Emerging Asian Markets. He is particularly adept at tackling big problems and taking tough decisions.
